Play Guitar!
Join us for Play Guitar! Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to strum and play the guitar by exploring the fundamentals, chords, rhythm, and songs. This week-long group class is for kids (11-14) who are brand new or have little experience playing the guitar. Attendees must bring their own guitar.

Mad Music's week-long group workshop is with instructor, Adam Daut.
Start your musical journey with our week-long group guitar class designed for the younger beginner. The class covers all the essentials of the guitar to prepare attendees to strum and play.

Attendees must bring their own guitar.
Schedule
The workshop is four days starting Monday through Thursday. The classes are from 10:00am - 11:00am each day.
Fundamentals
History, musical styles, guitar types, tuning, and common terms.
Chords
Basic technique, finger position, basic chords, and chord sequences.
Rhythm
Strumming patterns, right-hand technique, and keeping time.
Songs
Song structure, analyze a song, and play a song.
Class fees are non-refundable.
