If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Returns and Refunds. Items must be returned within 10 days of the purchase. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in the same condition as when purchased, in original packaging, and with receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.

2. Limitations and Exceptions. The following items cannot be returned or refunded: clearance items, discontinued items, used instruments, opened software, electronic software downloads, earplugs, earbuds, microphones, recorders, kazoos, harmonicas, instrument mouthpieces, opened reeds, opened strings, opened humidifier packs, cleaning supplies and product, demo gear, special orders, and items we do not carry or stock in store.

3. Abuse of Return Privileges. We may, at our discretion, limit or suspend return privileges for customers who abuse or attempt to violate our return policy through practices including, but not limited to, excessive returns, attempts to return items no longer in brand-new condition, etc.
